What are Boot Hugs?

Boot Hugs are a new fashion accessory designed to be worn on many types of boots but specifically for Ugg Brand and Ugg-type boots. Boot Hugs, a decorative band worn either at the top or at the ankle of the boot, are made from a variety of different materials including feathers, suede fringe, tapestry ribbons, ribbons with hanging charms and beads, crochet and many more. They allow a boot owner to embellish and individualize their boots in a distinctive and stylish way.

How do Boot Hugs fit on my boots?

We use two different closures, depending on the Boot Hug style. Both are attractive and secure!

  1. Suede Cord Drawstring Closure - We take suede cording and secure it to the decorative Boot Hug ribbons with a neat and sturdy knot and then slide it through a silver bead with a spring lock. You can cinch the Boot Hug to fit your boot and it will hold fast all day long.

  2. Chain and Clasp Jewelry Closure - To finish certain types of ribbons for Boot Hugs, we chose a jewelry chain with a small clasp in different finishes (shiny and antique gold, shiny and antique silver). These chains are attached to the ribbons with a slim d-ring in the same finish creating a functional and beautiful closure. Let the chain dangle or loop it back onto the clasp for a different look.

How can I pay for Boot Hugs?

It's no problem! We make it easy by using PayPal. And you don't need a PayPal account as long as you have a credit card. We never even see your private financial information.

What do you charge for Delivery?

Delivery in the UK is £2.50 no matter how many Boot Hugs you purchase! Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days providing the items ordered are in stock. Delivery to Europe is £6 and will take 3-5 working days. This charge is to cover a 'signature on delivery' service which will guarantee your package arrives safely.

What is your Return Policy?

A’reni will accept all returns within 10 days of purchase with the receipt, in its original condition and in the original packaging. The delivery cost is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the delivery charge of returns.

What is your Privacy Policy?

When accessing our website, A’reni will learn certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site. A’reni will not collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail other than for the purpose of responding to requests.
